Kleinschmidt has a full-time opening for a Project Coordinator to support Project and Program Managers throughout all stages of a project, from initiation to closeout, keeping projects organized and running smoothly by gathering, dispensing, and coordinating information on a project-by-project basis. in our Portland, Oregon, office. Our flexibility and core value of relationships allows us to offer employees the opportunity to work in an office, or remotely, based on their personal needs. Who You Are

A Project Coordinator with a minimum 2-3 years working as a Project Coordinator or similar administrative roles in the A/E/C consulting industry; degree in associated fields is desired. Additional experience will be considered, and salary will be commensurate.

Knowledgeable: Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, while producing quality work and maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Visio, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with SharePoint and previous experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint and database management preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Must possess permanent authorization to work in the United States and able to acquire authorization to work in Canada
  • Must be willing to travel and possess a valid driver's license
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a variety of computer-based project management software programs.

The position provides an exciting opportunity for an applicant with a positive "can-do attitude" towards new task and challenges. The successful candidate will be organized, and detail orientated and capable of working with a multi-discipline team of professionals.

This is a hybrid position allowing for a flexible remote work schedule, but requires in-office administrative support that will vary on a day-to-day needs.
